CIEL responds to Parliamentary vote on REACH chemicals legislation
After surviving a key vote in the European Parliament on November 17,
the ambitious REACH legislation is attracting growing interest among environmentalists,
consumers, businesses and policy makers far beyond the European Union.

at the Center for Investigative Reporting to explain the tangled politics
behind this proposed legislation and its implications for the management
of chemicals in the United States in a one-hour KPFA radio program, Against
the Grain.
