CIEL discusses the World Bank's Country Systems approach at the World Bank Spring Meetings

CIEL organized and was a panelist in a Civil Society Policy Forum event at the World Bank Spring Meetings, which took place April 10th and 11th. CIEL was joined on the panel by Stephen Lintner, Harvey Himberg, and Charles DiLeva of the World Bank. Bruce Jenkins, of the Bank Information Center, moderated.
