CIEL participates in conference on Combating Maritime Piracy with the Rule of Law

CIEL will participate in a conference on Troubled Waters: Combating Maritime Piracy with the Rule of Law, organized by the American University Law Review. The conference will discuss: the modern approaches to the problem of combating maritime policy; the commercial and economic responses to piracy; and the military responses and the effect on national security.

The conference is Wednesday, March 31, 2010 from 9.00am until 4.30pm at American University Washington College of Law (Room 603, 4801 Massachusetts Avenue, NW, Washington, DC).
