Through advocacy efforts and engagements with development institutions, governments, civil society organizations and local communities, Ms. Perrault addresses issues related to accountability and transparency of international financial institutions and export credit agencies, global trade and the environment, and human rights and biodiversity.
Topics of particular interest include:
Ms. Perrault manages the International Financial Institutions and Biodiversity Programs at CIEL. Currently she is a member of the U.S. National Advisory Committee advising the U.S. Representative to the Commission for Environmental Cooperation, pursuant to the North American Agreement on Environmental Cooperation.
Ms. Perrault received her Master of Science degree from the University of Vermont, where she was a Switzer Fellowship recipient. She received her Juris Doctorate from Louisiana State University in 1988.
