The Center for International Environmental Law (CIEL) is participating in the UNCITRAL Working Group on Arbitration convening in Vienna on September 10-14. CIEL is urging the Members of the Working Group to take note of the rapid developments in the area of investment arbitration and to adapt the currently inadequate UNCITRAL Rules to address investment arbitrations.
