Today: Contemporary Problems of a New Era in International Law,
held in Buenos Aires, Argentina on December 11, 2009.
Organized by the Attorney Generals Office of the Treasury of the
Argentine Republic and the University of Buenos Aires School of
Law, this conference includes three panels discussing: Legitimacy of Investment
Arbitration; Transparency of Investment Arbitration; and Investment Arbitration
and Public Policy Regulation.
