Lama Dauvan

Office Manager

Lama Dauvan (she/her) joined CIEL as the Geneva Office Manager in January 2023. She manages the day-to-day operating needs of the office and offer administrative and logistical support to the team and interns.

Prior to joining CIEL, Lama was the project operations manager at Reos Partners Europe. She enjoyed organizing processes and accompanying project leads on (often considered boring) administrative and financial tasks. Lama brings 17 years of experience of research and programme management in the field of sustainable development. She worked in Beirut, Paris and Geneva in the private sector and with UN agencies.

Lama holds an M.Sc. in Environmental Management from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland and B.S. in Public Health from the American University of Beirut, Lebanon.

In her free time, Lama can be found hiking or cross-country skiing with her family or wrapped up in her cozy jumper doing puzzles and reading. She also volunteers at her kids’ school as co-chair of the PTA and sits on the Eco-school committee.
